Gorgeous sterling silver comport/tazza with pierced rim.
Fully Hallmarked for Sheffield, lion passant(sterling), date letter Z for circa 1967.
Makers mark M&W in shield for Mappin & Webb of Sheffield & London which is also stamped to the base of pedestal.
Measures approximately 12.5cm x 7.7cm x 3.4cm and weigh's 128 grams.
A beautiful vintage solid silver pedestal comport or tazza dish by Mappin & Web. The pierced design to the rim makes for a very stunning looking dish. Would make a lovely gift or why not spoil yourself with this fabulous piece of vintage Mappin & web silver.
