VIOLET - salt and pepper – LEFTON - 97
This is a VIOLET SALT and PEPPER SET made by LEFTON China. This has gold trim on the top and bottom and is decorated with tiny violets and green leaves. These shakers are approximately 2" across the bottom and 2 ½" tall. They are in the original box.
Each shaker has a blue and gold Lefton crown like those used 1954 - 1956 and a stopper on the bottom. Please note that on one of the shakers the stopper is pushed in flush with the shaker and I did not try to change it.
This set appears to be in good condition as I find no chips, cracks, crazing or gold loss. One shaker has tiny purple specks on it.
