It is a great honor to present this stunning coin in attractive condition from an old collection. The coin is issued by the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during its powerful period 1965-1981. Out of all Socialist countries it was Yugoslavia which conceded in the world as the most developed and open minded.
The obverse of the coin depicts the State emblem of Yugoslavia with 6 torches and the date 29 · XI · 1943. This date, 29 November 1943, was the day the Anti-Fascist Council for the National Liberation of Yugoslavia (AVNOJ) met and formed the basis for post-war organization of the federal republic.
The reverse depicts denomination above the date within wreath (olive & oak sprigs with ribbon tied at the bottom) and six stars above.
The outstanding and till now unpublished feature of the coin is the date 29 · XI · 1943. Every symbol of it is doubled to south in impressive and incredibly attractive way. This die was ascribed as die 2.
These doubled impressions put the coin in the same raw as the famous double 1955 cent of the USA. Though the significance and inner beauty of this coin is hard to overestimate, to make the coin attractive to everyone the starting price is put intentionally low.
