Butterick 4000 sewing pattern. This 1960s undated pattern can be used to make a Girls' dress, cover-up & kerchief in a size 6.
The pattern is cut out already.

DRESS, COVER-UP & KERCHIEF
Ankle or street length dress and short cover-up with combined puffed and long sleeves; three - quarter length with deep flounce and eyelet trim; or short bell sleeves or is sleeveless. Jewel or scoop neckline, hem and kerchief all with or without eyelet or self ruffle trim. Views A and B have self tie belt.
Extra fabric is required for matching stripes or plaids.
Lower Edge Measurement of View A: Size 8 - 54 Ins. View B - 46 Ins. View E - 42 Ins.

Thread. Seam Binding. Hook and Eye. Neckline type zipper: Views A,C, D & E: 8 inch for sizes 4 and 6; 9 inch for sizes 8 and 10; 10 inch for sizes 12 and 14. View B: 6 inch for sizes 4 and 6; 7 inch for sizes 8 and 10; 8 inch for sizes 12 and 14.

The envelope is in poor condition with large rips down the sides and small rips to the front. There is a pink colored highliter mark on the front of the envelope. The front has been stamped "POSITIVELY NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS"(see Pictures).
The pattern pieces and instructions are in good, used condition.

Don't you just hate it when you buy a pattern and there is a piece missing, or some pieces are cut to a smaller size then listed or worse yet some of the enclosed pieces are not even for the pattern you bought?

My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag placed inside of a standard envelope.
