"Letters Patent to Arthur James Scollick of Minicing Lane, in the City of london....A communication to him from abroad by Hermann Simons of Cologne in the Empire of Germany...In the manufacture of this compound sulphate oif baryta, peroxide of manganese and boiled linseed oil are mixed, then passed through rollers and afterwards beaten with hammers or equivalent means...".
