Small Crystal / Glass Ships Decanter w/ Stopper

This probably has some lead in the mix but doesn't ring like the good stuff. Simply cross hatch design. The edges of the cut are rounded and feel just like molded glass. I can't see any mold line. Where the stopper and throat were ground they are polished nearly smooth and don't show the usual cloudyness. There is a bubble or two in the glass. A few tiny nicks and scratches here and there. None were big enough to show in photos. Only about 6-1/2" tall including stopper, four inches at its widest.
