For sale is a 2014 Topps Red Border Parallel Card # 509 featuring Brandon Phillips of the Cincinnati Reds in Very Good-Excellent (4) Condition.
Pictures are of the actual card; The following discrepancies are noted: Corners are dinged; Light chipping along borders; Card is off-center o the backside.
Red Border Parallel cards were exclusively made for Target.
