• Payment:

1- We only accept Paypal payment with confirmated address. Please check your address before you send the payment, since we cannot change it or recall back once the order is processed and shipped. Yes, we are that fast processing your order. We don't wait and delay. The product is in stock and ready to ship. In order to protect you and I from credit card fraud, we will only ship to your Paypal confirmed address. We accept the following credit card payments with confirmed address only through Paypal.

2- Please Note, all items must be paid within 48 hours of the time purchased, remember fast you pay, fast you gonna get the item.

• Shipping:

1- International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions duties and taxes collected by your country, please note international shipping could take 2 to 3 weeks its depend on your region. In most cases, we Ship within 24hrs once payment is cleared. We will email the shipping info and tracking to your Paypal email address once it is shipped. If you have different email addresses on Ebid and Paypal, please make sure to Update and check at Paypal address.

2- We ship international if provided.

3- We ship monday thru saturday.

4- For larger items usually we ship it by Fedex carrier.

• Return:

1- We only accept return for refund within 30 days of the day you received the item.

2- We have 7 days " DOA " Dead on Arrival, for exchange parts for the day you received the item.

3- Return must be resalable condition as received and all the accessories must be returned, we do not accept item who are opened or tempered, no refund or exchange will be done.

4- Buyer must pay for the return shipping with track number. We are not responsible for the item lost if you shipped it back without track number.

5- If you do not receive the item within one week, please contact me via Ebid message.

6- Note: We record all serial numbers to prevent fraud.

7- If you are returning the product for any reason, just contact me via Ebid message for return the item.

• Terms:

1- Please read our term and condition very careful before you place the bid. Most of the negative feedbacks come from buyer who did not read our term and description of the product. Please check the compatibility before you buy. We do not renegotiate our term later.
