All items we offer on Ebid are new and genuine, prices include VAT. We ship to the UK only.

We accept payment through Paypal for eBid listings.
Delivery
We will post your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment by Royal Mail 1st Class post. You may need to sign for the delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept items returned for any reason within 14 days of delivery. As the items we sell are for personal use returns must be unused and in saleable condition with unbroken seals and packaging. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting when returning items to us, we cannot be held responsible for returns we do not receive. Where the product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed we will refund the return postage charges, but not when a product is simply unwanted. If an item is returned to us because Royal Mail are unable to deliver we will refund the price of the item but not our cost of postage.
If you don't receive your item or it's not as described, please contact us to resolve any problems.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and only use the information you provide to enable delivery of your item and supply any other services you request from us. We do not pass on or share your personal information. Your use of this website is also subject to Ebid's privacy policy.
Feedback
We wait until the transaction is complete before leaving feedback, i.e. after the seller has received payment and the buyer has received the item. We will leave feedback for you soon after you leave feedback for us.
