Hi I am pretty much into DIY. After several projects I have discovered a few things that I would like to share with other D.I.Y-ers. One of them Is that if your not sure how to to something ..ask!.. lol. Although there is some truth in that it really does help to get an idea of what you want to do either by askin, watching other people do it,from reference books or from online D.I Y groups. There are always people who are willing to share some of their skills, if you are genuinely interested.

Another thing is the tools that you work with. we are all familiar with the old saying @ a bad workman blames his tools'. It really does help if you have the tools to do the job. The right tools make the job quicker , better and easier if used correctly.

With the demise of the local hardware store it is difficult to find some tools. The major outlets will charge you a premium for these, if they have them at all , as they are more interested in large volume sales of mainstream items. Othe online stores offer some of these products, but by the time you add handling and flat rate postage its not worth buying them.

My aim is to offer tools that are of a decent quality at an affordable price with affordable postage. You can buy the tool you want at the price you want,without having to make up orders for items you only just might need- just to make the whole thing worthwhile. (I'm sure you have been in this situayion with certain online sellers-I know I have.)
