Our goal is your repeat business, so we have a low mark up on our products in hope to sell by volume.

 

 

 

 

Our Store Policy

~Payment~

Buyer's can pay by PayPal .

We do ship internationally on most of our items if the item you are interested in is not open for international purchase check with us to see if we can ship it to you.

 

 

Payment must be received within 5 days of end of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not made within 5 days the item will be relisted and a Unpaid item alert will be filed with Ebay.

~Tax~

Sales tax is applicable If you live within the State of California

~Shipping~

The shipping cost includes Shipping and Handling charge as well as insurance for your item.

We use UPS and USPS for all of our shipping and must have a physical addresses. Please NO PO BOXES.

Shipping for the Continental United States is the price on all of our products there will be extra for Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Canadian and International customers will be responsible for any duties and taxes that may be required and imposed by their respective governments. Please note that this is not charged by Oxford Trading Group. This is a charge being imposed by your government.

There is a small possibility that you order may be backordered, if this happens I will notify you as soon as we know and we will refund you for your order.

~Shipping Discount~

There is a shipping discount: If you buy more than one leather item we will give $5.00 off for items $20.00 and more and for items under $20.00 there is $1.50 off each item after the first one purchased. Please wait after you order multiple orders and I will send a invoice with the discount on it.

 

~Shipping Time~

Item will usually be shipped within 1-3 Business days of receiving payment, a lot of times ships on the same day. Please allow 5 to 14 days for delivery.

If you want faster shipping please contact us to see if we offer it on the item(s) you are wanting.

There maybe a delay on shipping on a few of our international orders by a few day to a week due to backordered items. We will let you know right away if this happens on your order.

~Refunds and Returns~

Any defective item can be returned within 7 days for exchange of like kind, please wait for a RMA number and instructions from me before returning item.

All items returned that are not defective must have the tags attached and all packaging intact and must be shipped back to me within 30 days after receiving item. Be sure and contact me first for shipping address and instructions. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless item is defective.

We try to give as accurate description of the product as we can and get you're merchandise to you as quickly as possible.

How to Notify of Size and/or Color info, etc.

You can contact us through ebays message center or in the message box when you pay.

How do I determine the size that I need?

Each item listing will have detailed instructions on how to measure for size. Each listing will also have a size chart that you will be able to compare your measurement against to determine the size that you need.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product the please return it to us within the first 30 days for a product refund (minus shipping charges) as long as it is in new condition and packaging with the tags, etc. You will be refunded by the same method that you used to pay us. Email us and we will let you know the return address.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you wish to exchange an item due to a sizing problem then please send us a email and we will let you know the address to send it back to. Once we get it we will send you the item you need out to you. We process all exchanges within 1-2 business days of when we receive them. You will receive a notification email when the exchange has been processed and shipped back out to you. This email will include the tracking number of the new shipment.

What do I do if I received defective merchandise or the wrong item?

This is very rare but if this does happen then please let us know within 7 days from receiving the item. We will send you a RMA number so you can send it back to the manufacturer for a replacement of like kind.

Do you issue Tracking Information?

Yes, all customers will be emailed a tracking number day of the order being shipped.

If your order is being shipped USPS you may not receive the tracking.

I ship both UPS and USPS it depends on which service is the most cost effective to your address.

Do you ship to APO/FPO?

Absolutely! This is the least we can do for our wonderful service men and women! Any of our items that are marked worldwide are in stock and can be shipped right out to you. There maybe a few items that are US only we will need to be ordered in to be able to be shipped out to you we will send you a email to let you know if this is the case. Normal shipping rates apply. We do not charge any extra to ship to APO/FPO.

Do you offer 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping?

We do on most of our items if it isn‘t offered please email us to make sure we can on the item/items you are wanting. We can ship by USPS Priority mail (2 Day) and by USPS Express Mail or UPS 2nd day for domestic orders.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

YES! We now ship to any International country serviced by the United States Postal Service in addition to USA and it's territories as well as FPO/APO on most of our orders. If the item is not marked worldwide contact us to see if we can ship it out to if you don’t mind waiting a few extra days for delivery.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?

Absolutely! You can select a different shipping address within our checkout system.

How Long will it take for my order to get to me after it ships?

That depends on where you are located. Normally it takes 3-7 business days but please allow up to 14 business days.

No.

Do you offer discounts for large volume purchases?

Yes, we do offer discounts for large orders.

I have not received my order yet. What should I do?

Make sure you gave us the size/color information and the appropriate shipping address. Most of the delay in shipments occur because the buyer has not given us this information. While making postal payments, simply sending the payment with no information can also delay your shipment. Also if you are an international buyer and have not given the proper shipping could also delay shipment. If you think you have given all the information and still not received the item even after 10 days, please let us know and we will look into this matter right away.
