When purchasing a reburbished unit people want to know that it works well and what happens if it doesn't. Well, the company we have chosen has an advanced tech department that tests these very thoroughly. And,,,if for some reason the unit needs a bit of TLC then it gets it and fixes it to near new specifications.
There is a 6 month warranty that covers labor for 6 months and Parts for 3 months. That should give you good peace of mind.
In addition, when you receive your product, if you just don't like it....then return it within 7 days. You can obtain a RMA# by contacting us through our e-mail with e-bid. You will be issued a "store credit"and then we will help you apply it to your new computer that lists for the same price. That's quite a guarantee!
