RETURNS POLICY.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have a 14 day cooling-off period which starts when you receive the goods to cancel all or part of your purchase. Should you decide you do not wish to purchase the item they must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging.  Please contact us for a returns number before returning the item.  We will refund the cost of the item returned and the post and packing element of your original purchase when they are received by us. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or not as described please let us know within 3 days.  we will then replace (wherever possible) or refund the purchase price and postage costs (including return postage costs) if the goods are posted to us within 14 days of receipt with the manufacturer's original packaging.
