Hi, and thanks for checking out my page! I'm a jewelry artist and encaustic painter by day, avid reader and knitter by night. My background and education is in Interior Design and arcitecture, but grew tired of the retail world. Now I am living my dream of making art in my home studio. I sell my jewelry at the Jordan Gallery and the Shiawassee Arts Center, both in Owosso, Michigan, the Lansing Art Gallery in Lansing, MI, and in my on-line shop, artfire.com/users/JanBaugherStudio. My Encaustic art is available at the Jordan Gallery and the Flint Institute of Art Founders Gallery in Flint, MI. My other "self" loves all things having to do with vintage aprons and textiles, knitting and felting, and photography.
