We have been established over 2 years ago and our activities have been being as an Amazon Seller selling several education books for Masters and Degree University Students. Been an eBay shop seller selling digital items like gadgets/techonology/iPhone accssories/Laptop accessories and achieved high feedback close to 300 positive feedback (but closed the shop and account with them and came here due to the high fees they charge now and the terrible customer service they have).

In addition, I own my own online retail shop called Super-Goods, just type in Google UK Super Goods and it will come up as first link. That shop has been created about half a year ago (relatively new) has many iPhone Accessories, gadgets, toys, footwear like the ever popular Cozy Boots which is selling like water and these are all the items we want to promote on here too and would like to advertise eBid through them as we see it as a much better selling channel than eBay will ever be. But just like me as a seller it needs further exposure, to become more important than eBay.

Registered with HMRC (the tax man!) and comply fully with all trading laws, including the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) and Sale of Goods Act. You can trade with me with confidence, knowing that your rights as a consumer are protected, and I will provide a service you can trust. Please see below for my terms and conditions.

Sorry, the boring but necessary bit! :o)

PAYMENT TERMS:- Please make payment within 7 days. Non-payment action will be started if no contact has been made within those 7 days. If there are any problems, PLEASE do contact me - I am very understanding, I know that life doesn't always run smoothly (if ever!), and I am more than happy to wait a little longer if there is a problem - but you MUST let me know as soon as possible. Having said that, I cannot hang onto a sold item for too long, so please make payment by the agreed date, otherwise a report will be made to eBid. 

POSTAGE, PACKAGING, SHIPPING, HANDLING:-

* All items are wrapped with care using NEW bubble wrap, padded envelopes, etc. If items need to be boxed for shipping, I use either brand new boxes or "reclaimed" ones which are in excellent condition.

* Items are shipped within 3 working days of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for UK delivery.

* I NEVER use Surface Mail for international shipping, so please do not ask for it.

* If you receive a damaged item, please email me within 24 hours of receiving it. I will require a photo of the damage, and also request that you save the packaging it arrived in, otherwise there may be a delay in claiming compensation from the postal service, and also in refunding/replacing the item. I may ask for the item to be returned, in which case it should be sent via a trackable postage method, and I will reimburse the return postage at the same time that I process any refund.

* Received the item and changed your mind? That's fine - just email me within 7 days of receipt and we'll take it from there. Once the item is back with me, I will issue you a refund for the ITEM only - P&P costs either way will not be reimbursed.

* REFUNDS - If you require a refund for whatever reason, the item MUST be returned to me first using a trackable postage method, and received by me in the condition it was sent in (bar postal damage, if that is why the item is being returned).

* If an item is returned to me as "not collected" additional postage charges may apply for redelivery.

NON PAYERS:- Non paying bidders/buyers will be blocked from any future bidding on my items, reported to eBid, and negative feedback left. I reserve the right to remove any bidder from my auctions if I believe (either through their feedback or conduct) they will be a non-payer. Anyone whose feedback is in the minus or with a high ratio of negatives=positives will have their bids removed and their ID blocked without warning.
