About Us: 

At Bridal-Jewellery.co.uk we stock a wide range of bridal jewellery for both the bride, bridesmaids and mother of the bride. All our wedding jewellery can also be worn at proms or ball events.

All of our wedding jewellery is supplied in a bridal jewellery presentation box and posted first class using either the Royal Mail 'Recorded Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' service.

When you want the best quality bridal jewellery at the best prices, bridal-jewellery.co.uk is all you need.


Delivery Options:

Most of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be delivered 1st class.
All UK orders can either be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is a next day delivery service, or Recorded Signed For, all orders are insured and will need to be signed for upon receipt.

There is only one delivery cost for any number of items per order.

  • UK 1st Class Royal Mail "Signed For" - £2.99
  • UK Royal Mail Special Delivery - £3.99
  • Ireland Swift Air - £4.99

Returns Policy:

If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately giving as much information as possible. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced by the equivalent product.

We will only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us unworn in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept any returns on pierce earrings or any jewellery set that includes pierce earrings for hygiene purposes other than defective or damaged goods.

Returns must be received within seven days of receipt of goods stating the reason for return.

A credit will be made to your credit card account or a cheque refund if payment was received by cheque for the goods only, but not for the cost of postage.

We endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

You must call us to obtain a returns number and return instructions before sending any items back.
