Auction Payments: Payment to be made within 7 days of auction ending please.
BuyNow Buyers: Payment within 3 days would be preferred.
After the auction you will get an automatic email notification sent from eBid. I will send an invoice to you if it is required. Please contact me after the auction has ended if you are new to eBid and are not sure how to pay. That way I can acknowledge your circumstances.
I will either send you a money request via paypal for the goods you have ordered or if you are paying by pppay you will get the option to do this via the After Auction Log (AAL). If you are paying by cheque or postal order, please let me know through the AAL. Cheques and postal orders to be made payable to S. Taylor. Oh and please let me know what item you have ordered with your payment! Makes life a bit easier for me!
Non-paying bidders All non-paying bidders will receive negative feedback I am afraid. This is necessary in order to be refunded fees incurred when an item is not paid for. This will be reversed if payment is received and transaction goes ahead.
Refunds I offer a full refund to all customers on the following basis; If I have sent an item to you and it has been mis-described or I have made a mistake on the listing I will issue a full refund. On receipt of the item being returned to me I will refund the item including the original postage cost and the cost of the return from you to me. Email me as soon as you discover the problem and it will be dealt with immediately.Remember any questions please email me, I always respond quickly!
Returns & Exchanges There is a sizing guide below which you can view to see conversions guides. All sizes listed are those supplied by the manufacturer. Returns and exchanges are only offered on NEW items. Please read my returns policy;
If an item is purchased and doesn't fit - I will exchange it. On receipt of the item being returned to me at your cost. I require a reduced P&P fee of £2.50, and once paid the exchange will be resent. If an exchange is not required I will issue a full refund minus 15% of the item price and the origianl postage price.
If an item is faulty - I will not be held responsible for any items damaged in post. If postage insurance is required let me know. I will add 70p to your Postage & Packaging price.
I check every item before it is posted to ensure that there are no defects or faults, if on the rare occassion I have missed a problem, I will do one of the following;
1 Offer an exhange at no cost to the purchaser, on receipt of the faulty item, I will issue a refund via paypal for the return postage cost back to me. I will then re-send a replacement item without cost to purchaser.
2 If I do not have the same product in stock, I will issue a full refund on receipt of the faulty item. The refund will include the postage cost back to me, please use 2nd class standard parcels to return items and always obtain proof of posting please.
All returns must come back in the original packaging and be un-used.
