TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We offer a high quality service and we believe in total customer satisfaction. Before bidding just take a short time to check our terms and conditions. At the close of the auction we will contact you via e-mail, we ask that you reply to this within 3 days, to confirm acceptance of the auction. Payment is to be received within 7 days of the auction ending. If after 7 days no payment has been received then a non paying bidder alert will be requested (in all cases), after this if payment is still not received we will request a final value listing credit and the item re-listed. Saying this, we know sometimes there can be a problem, so contact us as we believe situations can be resolved. If after the purchase there is a problem contact us and we will strive to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

We always leave positive feedback after a deal is successfully completed and providing we have not let you down in any way then we would expect the same. No item is sold with a guarantee unless otherwise stated.

Our Terms of Payment
1) UK Cheques
2) UK Postal Orders
3) Cash; in Pounds Sterling ONLY Cash is sent at your own risk, preferably "RECORDED"
4) PAYPAL (www.paypal.com) International and UK credit card payment
We prefer postal orders, because on receipt of postal orders your goods will be dispatched the same day, if payment is by cheque the goods will be posted once the cheque is cleared.
What Happens After the Auction Closes?
All payments must be received within 7 days of auction close or the item will be re listed and negative feedback posted.
(Unless prior arrangements have been made). Please allow FIVE working days for UK cheques to clear.
Winning Bids
We will send an email as soon as the auction is finished, and we keep in contact throughout the transaction, we always acknowledge payments and confirm that the goods have been posted.
We cannot & will not accept responsibility for items lost in the post, we will obtain a certificate of posting for you to follow up.
If you are concerned, we strongly advice you to send an additional 94p towards the cost of recorded delivery, normally for valuable items we automatically quote for this, or we can send items by Insured Parcel Post or alternatively by Post Office Special Delivery which is guaranteed delivery by 12.00 noon the following day, although this service sometimes can prove to be costly in relation to the items won.
Feedback
Our feedback will be positive, unless an extremely difficult situation leads us to leave a negative feedback. We will always try many ways to solve the problem before it gets that far!
Postage: The postage we charge is set by The Royal Mail and is out of our control. We always post out 1st Class so that we and the buyer are covered by Royal Mail Insurance. Any difference in postage will be returned through PayPal.
