Payment: Castellocasa accepts Paypal and money orders here on EBID. If you would like to pay with a money order, please contact me so we can make such arrangements. Items will not be shipped until payment received.
Cancellations: Orders will be cancelled and items relisted if payment has not been received within three (3) days. I will send a friendly reminder after one day and then two days!
Shipping Charges: I make every attempt to quote accurate shipping charges. If the actual shipping charge is much more than the shipping amount you were charged ($2 or more), I will refund the difference through whatever your whatever payment method used for purchase.
Castellocasa items are shipped through USPS - In the US - First Class, Priority or Parcel Select, whichever is most cost efficient. Books and other paper items will be shipped Media Mail which may involve a longer delivery time. I am happy to ship any item internationally. International orders will be mailed USPS First Class or Priority Mail International. The buyer is solely responsible for any customs fees, taxes and/or duties incurred at the time of delivery.
Buyers are solely responsible for insuring that their correct shipping address is provided. If you would like your item shipped to a different party and/or address, please kindly send me notification of this intent at time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped to the Shipping Address that has been provided, the Buyer is responsible for any necessary activity to change and/or add Shipping Processing to address shipping address errors. Buyers are also responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect shipping address information.
Castellocasa Shops' Items are carefully packaged and every attempt is made to use repurposed, recycled and cost-saving packaging materials. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment received. If you order an item to be sent as a gift, please message me at the time of purchase. I will glad to answer any questions about the shipping of any Castellocasa item!
Returns: Vintage and all other items are sold in as-is condition. I endeavor to describe each item accurately and fairly. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can discuss your concerns. If together we decide that the return or exchange of an item is necessary, then we will make such arrangements. Returns and exchanges need to occur within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. The item needs to be in its original condition at purchase from Castellocasa. Shipping costs cannot be refunded, and buyers are responsible for any cost related to the return or exchange of an item.
