Payments

- If you are one of our international customers, please make sure you have a multi-region or region1 DVD player to play your new DVD.
- We will not pay any customs fees. Please be aware that you may incur them.
- Payments for all items must be within 2 days. A Non-Paying bidder will be left negative feedback and we will proceed with ebid's non-paying bidding policy.
- If you have an issue with your service, please contact our customer service department betamonline dot com before leaving negative feedback. We have an entire customer service team dedicated in making sure that you get the service our customers deserve. We are confident we can find a solution to your issue!
- In the unlikely event that your product is back-ordered, we will notify you by e-mail and ship it to you as fast as possible.If you have a return, you must contact our customer service department at ebid at betamonline dot com for a RMA number. Without a RMA number, your return will not be accepted.
Shipping
- US shipping is $3.75 for the first item and for each additional item is $1.50. Most deliveries occur within 3 to 7 business days. Box set or LP cost extra.
- International shipping is $5.5 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Box set or LP cost extra. Most deliveries occur within 5 to 30 business days but may take longer based on customs. Duties and taxes, if applicable, will be paid by the buyer.
