Vogue 7170 sewing pattern. This 1970s vintage pattern will make a misses' dress or tunic, skirt and pants in a sizes 8. The sewing pattern for the dress, tunic and skirt have been cut out with the dress/tunic being cut for the longer view C and can still be cut shorter for view A & B. the pants are uncut. Please see the pattern inventory for details.

Piece 3, for the Pocket is missing, but it would not be too hard, for a good seamstress like you, to fashion a pocket.

MISSES' DRESS OR TUNIC, SKIRT AND PANTS:
Loose-fitting, pullover dress or tunic, with front and back gathered into self faced one-piece yoke, has round neckline, front-buttoned standing collar, front-buttoned band closing, extended shoulders and narrow hem. Dress has side seam pockets, Tunic has side hemline slits. Full-lenqth sleeves are gathered into buttoned cuffs. View A tunic is mid-knee length, View B tunic or View C dress may be bloused as desired with purchased belt to above mid-knee length or six inches below mid-knee with optional casing. Narrow-hemmed, A-line skirt, six inches below mid-knee or slim, straiqht-leqqed pants, has elasticized waistline and pockets in side seams. Topstitching and edgestitching.

NOTIONS:
Tunic or Dress; Seven 1/2" (line 20) Buttons also Bias Tape (single fold) (optional) and 7/8 yd. of 1/4" Elastic (optional) for B or C. Pants or Skirt; 7/8 yd. of 3/4" Elastic.

FABR ICS:
Soft fabrics such as Crepe de Chine, Challis, Pongee, Cotton Jersey and Single Knits.* with nap. shading, pile or one-way desiqn. ** without" nap, shading or pile or with a two-way design. Obvious diagonal fabrics are not suitable. For one-way design; use nap yardage and nap lay- out. Allowance for matching plaid and stripes not included in yardages given.

The envelope is in poor condition with corner folding. The top edge of the back has been folded and rolled over and has a few small rips in it. The flap is creased and has a small rip in it. The edge flaps are coming undone at the top and are folded over. The flap has a purple stain on it. The front of the envelope is stamped "Silk-O-Lina, Downtown Branch, Edmonton." and has a streak of pink highlighter across the middle. (see Pictures).
