Victorian Brown And White Transferware Oval Semi Porcelain Plate

A lovely old plate with a brown and white lace design and scalloped edge. It is stamped 'semi porcelain' but the maker's initials are hard to make out, it might be 'H & C over a C' or H & G over a G' ? I haven't been able to trace the mark. It has general wear with a very tiny chip on the side of the rim but otherwise in good condition.
