This cut is so fluid, the sparkle so intense. I mean really, Smoky Quartz was always sort of a dull brown. NOT ANY MORE. These are really cool stones, with a life you've never seen before. These stones are set into sturdy 4 prong baskets, linked together by balled pins, so there's no solder anywhere with the exception of the clasp -- a good strong design. We cast our own mountings and will never use flimsy "snap tight" stuff... This allows the most show of stone for the least expense in gold, still maintaining sturdy construction. |
