Sheer Party Half Apron Red and White Flocked Design Vintage

There's no tag and no way to know how old it is, it was found with some other vintage clothing from the 1950s or 1960s.
Very sheer white fabric with a pretty flocked design in red. The belt threads through slits in the waistband.
The apron, laid flat, is 34 inches wide and 19 inches high. The belt is 74 inches long and 1½ inches wide. The apron can be gathered to fit any size waist.
