See & Sew 6064 sewing pattern by Butterick Patterns. This 1970's vintage sewing pattern will make a misses' loose-fitting blouse in a size 8 (31-1/2" (80cm)) bust.

MISSES' BLOUSE
Loose-fitting blouse has front and back gathered into one piece shoulder yoke, pointed convertible collar, front buttoned closing, patch pocket and full-length sleeves with continuous lap opening gathered into narrow buttoned cuffs. Topstitching.

NOTIONS:
Straight Seam Binding and Six 1/2" 13mm (line 20) Buttons.

FABRICS:
Soft fabrics such as Challis, Crepe de Chine, Chambray, Gauze, Lightweight Broadcloth and Lightweight Muslin. Obvious diagonal fabrics are not suitable. Allowance for matching plaid and stripes not included in yardages given.
