Fantastic vintage original brown leather Passport Cover/Holder.
Dates from 1960s, when you could buy almost ANYTHING with the London Airport logo on it in the shops on the Roof Gardens at Queens Building or Europa Building.As usual this is made by "SQUIRE" as shown.
This has the LONDON AIRPORT Control Tower logo on in Gold/Green
Inside the holder was intended for the old style BRITISH PASSPORT (the hardback black ones).
The leather is in excellent condition with a press stud clasp to keep passport cover closed. The stitching is firm and in place, no holes
or otherwise damage to this lovely item.
This could still be used today- the European British passport fits as shown
