An unstamped envelope ( opened at the top but not very neatly ), delivered to an Aberdeen address, Surcharged " Amount Underpaid 20p " and " Surcharge Fee 20p Total 40p " dated 25 Jun 1997 Aberdeen A.P.C. (see 2 scans ).
Condition: Used good clean fresh example.
