Seller's Description
There's Music in the Air Vintage LP Vinyl Record
This is a 33 1/3 speed, 12 inch vinyl record
Produced by the Longines-Wittnauer Watch Company in the 1950's
The cover is in very good condition, no damage, some fraying on the edges
I played the first couple of tracks on both sides, heard some LP hissing. I couldn't see any scratches or damage.
Side 1:
Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso by Saint-Saens, with Mishel Piastro on the violin.
Piano Concerto in A Minor by Grieg, with Leonid Hombro on the piano.
The Swan from the Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens, with Leonard Rose on the cello.
Polonaise by Wieniawski, with Oscar Shumsky on the violin.
Side 2 has traditional songs performed by the Wittnauer Choraliers:
There Is a Tavern in the Town
Drill Ye Tarriers Drill
My Lord Says He's Gwinter Rain Down Fire
I've Been Working on the Railroad
Erie Canal
Winter Song
