 ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. record  is in  Good+   condition with scratches  and scuffs.   Scratches,  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot   feel any of  scratches or  scuffs Both labels have wear.    cover  is in   Poor condition with   very  heavy  wear  especially on the corners and  very heavy ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back  an record pocket of the cover. There  is  2 3/4"  split on the top of the cover starting at the record pocket.   There is a 1/2"   split on the top of the cover .There  is   1/2"  split on the  bottom  of the cover starting at the record pocket.There are  very heavy   stains on the  front and back of the cover.  There are 2 stickers on the back of the cover.  4 bent corners.
