Lot of 29 New Adult Diapers without Packaging Size Med or Large?

Detailed Condtion : New but from an open package. I have no information on them.

Lot of 29 New Adult Diapers without Packaging Size Med or Large? There is a yellow line on part of each diaper, there are to sticky flaps to securing. These maybe medical grade, not sure. Stretchy elastic like around edges. No idea of the brand, materials or anything. These belonged to a neighbor and he was an adult male so that's why I am guessing med to large.
