The first type of large zloty from the flourishing period of the country with the new long legend on Obv: after the first issue in 1949 the name of the territory started to consist of 3 words. Type with large eagle with beautiful decorated wings of the eagle by five-rays stars and large date. Recently with the help of this coin main types of the emission were discovered and basic classification was introduced.
Obverse
Die 1 - the tufts of feathers on the top of eagle's head in one line, fine script, T far from A to RZECZPOSPOLITA.
Die 2 - the tufts of feathers on the top of eagle's head in two lines, bold script, T near A to RZECZPOSPOLITA.
Reverse
Die A 1949 - small arcs of rim decoration, fine script, symmetric narrow leaves.
Die B 1975 - large arcs of rim decoration, bold script, wider leaves, some of them asymmetric.
Due to the discovery this coin is attributed as struck with dies 2+B. The discovery is to be published in the Numista catalog en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2065.html with the images of this very coin to introduce the classification of the emission.
