Question From mickthurston [+1477] Sat 03 Oct 2020 18:31:26 (EDT) For some reason I can’t use my email tonight! So, Hi Ron - I hope you are well. I don’t think the last package is going to arrive sadly and I would like to accept your kind offer of a refund. I will preface what I’m about to suggest by saying that in the event of the lost items arriving I will of course pay for them. Ok, what I propose is that you add up the purchases I’m yet to pay for, quote me with “normal” postage and deduct the lost items from the total. I hope this is acceptable to you mate.
As I say if the others arrive (and I really hope they do), I will resend the money. Have a great afternoon/evening and very best regards, Mick Thurston.

Answer From ronsnumber1records [+2410] Mon 05 Oct 2020 13:21:34 (EDT) Hi Michael, I tried sending a note last night, but it does not appear to have
gone through. I will try again. I will send your next package today. Since
the value of the current package is similar to the missing one, I thought it
would save us some hassle and money exchanging if I simply sent the
current package without requiring any payment. Then if the other does
come through, I will simply send a money request for the current shipment.
Then balance the plus & minus issues on the subsequent order, which is in
the works already. I was able to add one of the latest ordered items to the
same package and still keep the same postage (7 LPs in total). I had
another order from England that was mailed around the same time as your
missing one, and he just wrote today, saying it had arrived. So there’s
definitely still hope yours will come through as well. Stay well, Ron
