Description
Up for grabs is a Washington state quarters coin folder for 1999-2003 coins. The folder is used, but is in very good condition. Everything is clean looking. It has a little wear along the edges from storage and sticker residue on the back. There is a small tear on the front of the folder that can be seen in the Pennsylvania 1999-D coin slot. This folder will hold Washington state quarters with the P and D mint mark from 1999 to 2003. There is even some extra space for additional state quarters, errors, or whatever you would like. Great for a coin collector!
