• We put our trust in Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Collect+ as the most reliable services. By buying from us you accept all terms and conditions of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Collect+ which can be viewed on websites of these companies.

• If you missed the delivery our couriers will always leave a card with the contact details to arrange collection from a local depot. The item will be held in a local depot for five days waiting for your collection. Do not disregard the card left by our couriers, contact them straight away as you will receive the card. Please note: our couriers always leave a card with the contact details.

• Most parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working days, depends which service you choose from the listing. International deliveries can take up to 10 days for European Union and between 10 to 30 days to other part of the world

• We are sure that you will be fully satisfied with our products. If you would like to return your item, do not hesitate to contact us. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery receipt. Items must be in an unused condition, in original undamaged package/box. Clients cover return postage and package costs. We will not be held responsible for the method of postage used to return the goods or the payment of the transit back to us.
• For the items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail through only. The item needs to be returned to us within 30 days. We will only cover your return postage cost if agreed prior to returning the goods, usually for the same service as we used to ship the item to you, not a higher cost.
