Mickey Mouse Strawberry Hard Candy Vintage Collector's Tin
This gold colored tin has a picture of Mickey Mouse as the sorcerer's apprentice from the Disney movie "Fantasia" on the cover, and silhouettes of Mickey around the side of the tin.
Originally held 7 ounces (198 grams) of strawberry flavored hard candies.
Round, 1½ inches high, 3¾ inch diameter.
On the side of the cover is the weight, "Hard Candies", "©Disney" and "Bonbons assortis - Parfums Baies Sauvages."
The bottom has the Nutrition Facts, and "Distributed in the U.S.A. by Walt Disney Attractions, Inc., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Candy Made in the U.S.A. Tin made in Germany."
I don't know the age, but there is no UPC code so it was probably sold before 1975. Disney no longer uses this size tin for its candies.
The tin is in good condition with no dents or scratches. There are a few rust spots on the interior, on the sides of the cover, and around the edges of the rims and a few blemishes on the canister.
