Detailed Condtion : Pre-owned in very good condition with no holes or wear seen but the material is slightly coming off the spaghetti straps on both sides, so needs a little thread and sewing to be good as new. (see last pic)
Candie's Women's Lined Strapped Beaded Multicolored Polyester Top Size M, Black with green, red and tan floral design, very light flowy over layer and a slightly heavier lining layer. Front neck opening accented with beads and sparkle stones. Straps have small little adjustable clips. Measures 28 inches around chest, about 24 inches in length but is adjustable some.
