This 1991 Easy Rated Butterick 5816 sewing pattern can be used to make a Child’s Dress and/or Jumpsuit in sizes 2, 3 & 4.
The pieces have been cut to size 4 and some have been notched and folded to size 2 or 3. The pattern can still be used to make all 3 sizes.

CHILDREN’S DRESS & JUMPSUIT Dress, above mid-knee or mid-knee or jumpsuit, below ankle, has loose-fitting, dropped waist bodice, back zipper and above elbow sleeves with elastic or long sleeves. Purchased trim. A: skirt with stay. B: dirndl skirt. C: purchased collar. A,B and D: contrast collar. C and D: leg bands. Purchased flower.

NOTIONS: Dress A,B, Jumpsuit C,D: Zipper; 14” (35cm) for A,B and 18” (45cm) for C,D and ½” (13mm) Single Fold Bias Tape. Also ¾” (20mm) Snap Tape for C,D (Optional); 7/8 yd. (0.8m) for Sizes 2 to4 and 1¼ yds. (1.2m) for Sizes 5 to 6X. A: 1 yd. (1.0m) of ½” (13mm) Flat Trim and ½ yd. (0.5m) of ¼” (6mm) Elastic. B,D: 1½ yds. (1 .4m) of ½” (13mm) Flat Trim. C ½ yd. (0.5m) of ¼” Elastic and Purchased Two-piece Lace Collar.

FABRICS: Dress A,B,C,D: Lt.wt. Broadcloth, Lt.wt. Taffeta, Challis, Lt.wt. Velveteen and Faille. Also for Contrast A,B.D (Collar): Lt.wt. Piqué.
Unsuitable for obvious diagonals. Allow extra fabric to match plaids or stripes.

Notes:
Pieces 1 & 2 have been cut for shortening/lengthening, the cutoff pieces are included.
Pieces 1, 2 & 3 have been notched and folded for use on size 2 or 3, they’re still usable on all sizes.
Piece 7 Bow is not marked as being from this pattern and there is an extra piece marked knot.

The pattern pieces, instructions and envelope are in good used condition. The envelope has a small rip on one top corner and it has been stamped by a fabric shop on the front.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
