Book measures 9" x 6". Bought my me and read once. Front and back of book are in Good condition wear especially on the corners. All pages except for 5 are in VG condition or better. The top and bottom of the some of the pages have wrinkles/creases. There is a long black mark that affects the bottom of all pages. front and top of the cover has wrinkles/crease There are wrinkles front and back on near the bottom of the spine of the book
