5mm Bore 4.6cm Worm Gear Pack of 2
Worm gears approximately 4.6cm long with a diameter of 15mm, made from a strong yet flexible plastic that provides a good degree of tolerance to ensure smoothly meshing gear trains.
A plastic lug at one end locates in a corresponding hole at the other end allowing the possibility to use several worm gear on the same axle to make a longer worm.
Designed to be a push fit on 5mm shafts (eg. wooden doweling), simply ream out the central hole for a running fit.
Gear tooth / spacing profile 'D' to match other 'D' profile gears in our listings.
