2. Set the timer to 600 seconds and turn the timer on.
3. Put the lamp 2 inches (5 centimeters) far from the skin.
4. Move the lamp slowly along the skin.
5. Do not stay more than 5 seconds on each area in the skin. The cure will not be better if you will stay more than 5 seconds, and it can become red without a need.
6. Do this every day.
7. After a month the skin will cure or almost cure.
8. After the cure treat the skin once a week.
9. You have 2 months to return the lamp if you will not be satisfied with the results.
