Butterick 4528 sewing pattern for a Child’s dress Rated Average. Circa 1989. The pattern is for sizes 5 & 6 for the Bodice and sizes 5, 6 & 6X for the skirt.

CHILDREN’S DRESS Dress, below mid-calf or evening length, has semi-fitted, slightly dropped waist, shaped front bodice, flared skirt with side back seams (no side seams), attached back ruffles, back zipper, attached flowers with stays and above elbow sleeves. No Provision for Below-Waist Adjustment.

NOTIONS: Dress A,B,: 14” (35mm) Zipper, Seam Binding, and Hooks and Eyes.

FABRICS: Lt.wt. Taffeta, Damask, Lt.wt. Broadcloth and Moiré. Unsuitable for obvious diagonals, plaids or stripes. Use nap yardages/layouts for pile, shaded or one-way design fabrics.

Please Note that I ship patterns via Canada Post letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method. My Patterns are stored in a plastic storage bags and they are shipped in the same bag (if weight allows) placed inside of a standard envelope. If you require any other packaging/shipping/tracing please let me know prior to paying for the item.

Of course, as always, I combine shipping and all stated postage includes free insurance.
