Published by Coles, Watford, not numbered.

Postally used on 5 December 1904 with single circle Harefield postmark and double circle Uxbridge cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss E. Smith, The Limes, Pennington, Lymington, Hampshire.

Fairly good condition, with some corner bumps, but small creases to top left and bottom right corners and 7mm tear to left centre of top edge.
