Some Information About karibuonline
Hi
My name is Tanya and I run my own business called The Karibu Group Parent Company to The No1 Fashion Shop.
Karibu have been operating on online auctions and the internet in general for around 10 years and we have gained an excellent reputation.(although this shop was left for time due to personal circumstances, hence poor feedback). I want to change that around now, I am in a better position to focus on all outlets.
Due to ever increasing costs to list on the other auction site and the inability to inform other sellers about non paying bidders, I am are now listing going to create and focus on Ebid. I do want to repair the feedback and expand our business on this site.
The Karibu Group started by buying on auction sites and enjoyed the buzz of the actual auction, it was soon decided to have a clear out of our own goods and list them up for sale.
After some thought it was decided that by finding the right wholesaler we could make a modest living from auction sites and I could give up my normal Customer service management job, and this would also allow me to spend more time with my young children.
Our lines include womens clothing which are supplied direct to us from many of the main catalogue companies. All items are new with tags. We supply a manufacturers size chart within each of our listings and will measure any part of the garment for you via "ask the seller a question" to ensure that you are ordering the correct size. Unfortunately we are not allowed to use the suppliers registered brand names within our listings but we are allowed to tell customers that they are some of the leading catalogue companies in the UK, so you can be sure that the quality is very good and often are brand names such as Addidas, Nike, Morgan, Warehouse ETC.
I appreciate that anyone viewing my items in the shop will be hesistant, but I ask that you give us a try and if you have any questions or reservations, please contact me. I am always happy to answer any questions.
Please note any returns that received the special offers of free postage will incur the postage costs before credit is issued. Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 14 days of receipt, and we will only exchange faulty items for a like item, and not for alternatives. All returns must be agreed to in advance. Please note:When returning item(s)any postage costs incurred by the sender will not be refunded.
