Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
 Welcome to our shop on Ebid. We've been involved in the complementary health field since the early 1980's - long before it was common sense option. We work out of a real health clinic in Berkshire and have only just started to supply products on Ebid as a way of allowing easy ordering to some of our existing 30,000+ clients in the real world outside of Ebid.

We are no strangers to mail-order so we hope you will find our service first class and become regular customers. We have interests in all health fields from homeopathy to intolerance testing to geopathic stress to hypnotherapy and more. If we can give you any help finding a product or a solution, we are very happy to help.

Terms & Policies

Postage and Packing

If we receive your order by 3pm, on Monday to Friday, we will get it in the post to you the same day. We occasionally use recycled packaging, where appropriate. We get alot of stock arriving in bubble wrap and with packing peanuts so we will re-use where possible. If this is not ok with you, please let us know and we will wrap with this in mind.

Returns & Refunds 

You are covered by distance selling regulations when buying from us and if you pay with PayPal this gives extra buyer protection but in addition to this, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy within 14 days of purchase, please return the unused and unopened products to us, in the original packing and condition, and we will give a prompt and courteous refund. Buyers are responsible for the postage costs of sending the items back but that is as for as your liability extends! Also, we want to get lots of positive feedback so please give us the opportunity to put a problem right before you leave negative feedback. Thank you for trading with us on Ebid.
