 About me

I am new to eBid, but not new to the world of internet buying and selling. If you want to know what kind of a seller I am, please do a search for "efficientrobot" the OTHER auction site that starts with an "e". My feedback there speaks for itself! I am located in the United States.


Policies

Payments:
- For your conveniences, you can pay for your items with Paypal or a credit/debit card. I do not qualify for PPPay because I do not reside in Europe. Perhaps some day, I will be able to process an order using Google Checkout. 
- Payment must be received within a reasonable amount of time. Seventy-two hours after purchase is considered reasonable. Any buyer that needs extra time should contact me immediately. I understand that Life happens, and I am more than happy to work with you. If you do not pay for your item, or you do not respond to invoices or emails I send you after 7 calendar days, I will consider you to be a "dead beat" buyer. In which case, I will report you and ban you from making any further transactions with me.

Shipping/Handling
- Handling time for all items is 1 calendar day after your payment clears. Orders processed after 2:00 PM on Saturdays will not be picked up by USPS until Monday morning.
- All items are sent through the US Postal Service. I do not deal with FedEx or UPS, as they are more expensive.
- For domestic shipping, items will be sent either First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority. Sometimes buyers have a choice, and sometimes not. It all depends on the weight of the item and it's destination. Only items 13 ounces and under will go First Class. All items will include delivery confirmation (tracking number).
- International buyers - I AM NOT SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA AT THIS TIME. SORRY.

Undeliverable items: 
- I track your purchase right along with you. I know when it's been delivered and when it's left sitting at the post office waiting to be picked up. If an item is returned to me for whatever reason, the item will stay in my possession, as will the money you paid, until YOU contact me. I will attempt to contact you, but I cannot refund money or resend the item without communication. --If you want it delivered again, you must pay additional postage. If a refund is possible (not all items qualify for returns/refunds), you will get back the purchase price LESS shipping cost.

Returns:
- Items are sold as is, which is why I describe them as accurate and honest as possible. If returns are accepted, I must be contacted within the time frame indicated on the item description. Nevertheless, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Should an issue arise with your purchase, EVEN if there are no returns accepted, please contact me as soon as possible rather than just leaving negative feedback. If you do not contact me and just leave negative feedback, I will not work with you to resolve anything.
- If an item is damaged or lost during transit, I will need to open a claim. Once I receive a refund from the USPS, I will refund you the original purchase and shipping price if shipping was charged. This ONLY applies to items that have a tracking number and insurance. If you claim the item was damaged, I may ask you to send me pictures as proof.

Customer Service:
- I try to sell my items for a price that is as fair and competitive as possible. I believe in providing 100% honest descriptions that are as accurate as possible.
- I run this operation by myself, and I do not sell and ship items by the 100's. Every customer and order I get receives my personal attention. I inspect, package, and ship every item personally. I contact every customer who buys from me throughout the purchase/shipping process, and even sometimes after. When you buy from me, you are buying from a seller who believes in customer satisfaction first!
- Please remember that I am only human. If I am sick, injured, or out of town, there will be a delay in the processing and shipping of your item. Your understanding is appreciated during such circumstances.

Feedback:
- Please contact me prior to leaving neutral or negative feedback. 
- It is not cool to leave negative feedback if you decide you do not like the item, or it's not what you thought it would be.
