We are a small, internet only run business. We provide high quality goods at excellent prices. We sell good quality handbags and accessories for men and women. Our range of goods include belts, wallets, purses and handbags. We also sell fragrances and cosmetics.

1. Service

1.1 We describe goods we are selling as accurately as possible. All photos used are stock photos only.

1.2 We want you to be happy with your purchase so please feel free to ask as many questions as you like prior to purchase. We are always happy to help.

1.3 If you have any problems with purchasing goods from us, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help in resolving the problem.

1.4 We check all goods before they leave our care. Should you find you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately to resolve this.

1.5 All goods sold must be returned within 14 days - full refunds are only given if the product is in the same condition sent out. Perfumes must boxed and where possible, still cellophone wrapped. The only exceptions are where you have received a faulty item.

1.6 We post all goods within 12 working days of receipt of payment.

2. Orders

2.1 Once a purchase has been made you have entered a contract to buy. Please abide by that.

2.1 Due to German import restrictions, no unboxed cosmetics or fragrances can be shipped to Germany so please do not bid as your bid will have to be cancelled.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 Payment is due immediately.

3.2 Bank transfers are accepted on the understanding that all bank transfer fees are paid by the Buyer.

3.3 If less than the final selling price is received, i.e. through bank transfer charges being applied to the Seller, delays may occur as this will need to be resolved with the Buyer.

3.4 Prices for delivery are displayed alongside the price of goods. For all EU countries, in the event that extra customs duty is incurred because of our method of shipping, we will pay all duty upon receipt of a copy of the invoice.

3.5 We post worldwide. Please consider that most orders abroad will take longer to arrive.

3.6 A postage discount is offered on all purchases of two or more items.

4. Delivery

4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the goods shall take place at the address specified in the invoice. Asking for an alternative address, will immediately incur extra tracking/insurance costs.

4.2 The delivery date specifed by the Seller is an estimate only.

4.3 Delivery charges are paid by the Buyer.

4.4 If a customer reports that their order has failed to arrive within 30 days of postage, we will investigate and refund according to our findings.

4.5 Return postage costs are to be paid by the Buyer. The only exception is if the Buyer received damaged goods.
