Welcome to our online store.
We are a small family business based in the beautiful Chew Valley, south of Bristol. We have operated a successful shop online for a number of years and we have traded on a rival auction site with a feedback score of over 8000, so you can be sure that you are dealing with a reputable company. We also have over 20,000 transactions in our Amazon store.
We use PayPal to process all our payments, one of the most trusted payment providers in the world.
Postage and packing
Postage and packing is a necessary evil, and it is expensive. We do not try to make a profit from postage and packing. We think it is much fairer to list the items at a fair price and just pass on our costs to you. We charge a flat rate of just £1-19p for all stamp orders that can be sent in a normal or large envelope. Larger items such as albums will incur higher costs, but we will try to keep them to a minimum. Please take the time to read the listings completely as we want to make sure you are happy with the costs before buying.
Most orders we ship using Royal Mail. We usually ship by Second Class post for all orders below £10. Above that limit we will send by First Class post at no extra cost, and for high value items we will require a signature.
We will always try to combine shipping wherever possible, so it is usually best to wait for an invoice from us before paying when you buy several items.
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, buyer to pay postage. We will only issue a refund once the goods are safely back in our hands in the same condition that they were sent
