DISPATCH & POSTAGE

We dispatch orders
SAME DAY if possible - otherwise next working day - following receipt of full cleared payment.

Standard postage within the UK is by Royal Mail First Class Post which aims to deliver within 1 or 2 working days, i.e. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays; but at certain times of the year (e.g. Christmas) it can take longer. We always obtain proof of postage. If your purchase has not arrived within 7 days of being shown as dispatched please let us know and we will follow up with Royal Mail, and they will investigate.

Express postage within the UK is by Royal Mail Special Delivery which aims to deliver by 1pm next working day, i.e. excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Overseas postage is by Royal Mail ‘International Signed-for’ airmail which aims to deliver within 5–6 working days.

Please make sure that your shipping address is up-to-date on eBid and PayPal.

RETURNS

Please note: Once opened we can only accept return of a sealed item (e.g. thermometer or monitor) if it is faulty.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but in case you wish to return the item for any reason within 30 days of receipt you are covered by our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee (provided the item is unopened if supplied sealed, unless faulty).

Simply return the item to us unopened, with all components, in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was delivered, and enclose a note of your eBid ID, name, address, and reason for return. We will deal with it promptly and issue a refund, or send a replacement (if available) if you have requested that.

If the item was supplied faulty, or arrived damaged, or was not what you ordered, we will give you a full refund or send a replacement (if available) if requested. If you are returning the item for any other reason we will deduct the cost of our original postage from the amount we refund, even if the postage was advertised as ‘free’.
  
To return your item (as noted above) please package it very securely, and enclose a note of your eBid ID, name, address, and reason for return. We cannot be held responsible to refund or replace any item lost in the post, so if posting to us by a standard service please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case you need to make a claim. However for greater peace of mind you might prefer to use a standard recorded delivery service instead.
