Delivery

The price you see displayed on our eBid listings is the total price you pay, there is no extra shipping charge added.

Delivery times will vary for each product due to our in house stock (60%) or our suppliers stock availability.

An estimated delivery window is shown at the begining of each products description for your convenience.

Items are quoted to arrive between the following times: 

 

  • 7 to 14 days 

(Gift Certificates are delivered via email within 1 to 48 hours).

 

Products normally arrive well before the estimated time shown, but we have to allow for any scenario with shipping logistics, because of this, they may take longer than the quoted time to arrive, our delivery times are only an estimate.

 

Public holidays

Australian public holidays are not included and should be added to your waiting time. 

 

December and January

Items ordered during December and January may take an extra 7 days for delivery due to seasonal orders being fulfilled. Here at GadgetsGalore however, we will always do our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible. 

 

Tracking

All orders are allocated a tracking number for customers who wish to watch the delivery process of their item.

 

Delivery SMS notification

Most couriers and postal services will send an SMS to advise the estimated delivery date, if you would like to be notified, input your mobile phone number in the messaging field during the Paypal payment process.

 

Out of stock

If after an order has been placed it is found that an item is permanently out of stock, or is going to be for an unspecified amount of time, a full refund or credit for the particular item amount will be given.

 

Guarantees

  • All products come with a 12 months guarantee and warranty. 
  • We guarantee your products will arrive safely at your shipping address.
  • In the unlikely event your package is lost in transit or fails to arrive at your shipping address through no fault of your own (example: incorrect or misspelled address entered by us), GadgetsGalore will re-send the goods or reimburse you.
  • Procedure: In the event the item has been misplaced by our couriers or the postal service used, we shall wait 2 months (62 days) from the original order date, to give them every opportunity to fulfill there obligation, if after this period of time it has still not arrived, we shall issue a full refund. 
  • Refunds by law: In Australia,* consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for the purpose described or dosn't match the description given.

*This law will apply to all customers of countries, regions and areas worldwide.

Returns Accepted

Products are checked for defects before dispatching, in the case of a return, the customer is to immediately advise us of any pending returns and obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA). Returns for damaged products to be returned at the customers expense, and received within 10 days (longer for extenuating circumstances deemed fair by us) from the time the product has been delivered. If the item is found to be faulty, the customer will receive a replacement or refund at our expense.
