HANDMADE CHURCH CANDLES, GARDEN CANDLES, TEA LIGHTS, SCENTED AND UNSCENTED CANDLES

Welcome to Cornish Candles, purveyor of top quality handmade garden candles, church candles, tea light candles, scented candles and bespoke candles made to order. Our own handmade beeswax blend church candles start at 6 inches tall and go up to a giant 36 inches tall. Our clear cup unscented coloured tea lights make fantastic wedding decorations especially when used in clear glass holders. Strongly scented votive and tea light candles will fill your home with their delicious scent.

Payment.

We use PayPal to process card payments and you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay.

We also accept cheques made out to Cornish Candles but can not send goods until the cheque has cleared 3 to 5 days.

RETURNS
Any damaged goods received must be reported to us immediately upon you receiving them, by telephone or e-mail. If you are not happy with your order please let me know and you can return it within 14 days of you receiving it and we will refund your money ( not including return shipping costs ).

If the goods are damaged or we are at fault ( sent the wrong size, colour, order ) we will replace the stock once you have returned the order and we will pay for the shipping costs. When you have placed your order you will receive an email from us to confirm your order please read it to make sure that the order details are correct. If it is not correct ( wrong colour, size, wrong item ) let us know straight away and we will correct it.

Once goods have been sent out we will change them but it is down to the customer to pay for return shipping costs so please double check what you have ordered. We will not accept unathourised returns or candles that have been used, and under no circumstances will we refund money until the goods have been returned to us in there original packing. 

Please leave a contact number or email address so that I can contact you in case there are any problems. Always read the candle burning instuctions before you use them CANDLES CANDLES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FIRES OR DAMAGE. Please note that all sizes and weights are approximate due to the nature of them all being handmade.

Cookies: Our shopping cart uses cookies to store information about the users shopping basket on their computer, this is so that they can move from page to page and take their shopping information with them.

We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We only collect your name and address, telephone number & email address for delivery and contact purposes ie, in case there is a problem with your order. 

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
